Thank you for purchasing or downloading products from Ashri Design.Si. This License Agreement explains how you may use our digital products.

1. License Grant

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, your purchase includes a personal-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the purchased digital product.

Ownership of the product and all intellectual property rights remain with Ashri Design.Si.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

- Download and store your purchased files for your personal use.

- Print the files for your own personal use, where applicable.

- Use the products as intended according to their product description.

- Make a reasonable backup copy for your personal records.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

- Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the original files.

- Upload the files to file-sharing websites or public repositories.

- Claim the designs or content as your own.

- Modify the products and sell or distribute them as your own work.

- Use the products in any unlawful or misleading manner.

4. Artificial Intelligence

Unless expressly permitted in the product description, our digital products may not be uploaded to, used for training, or incorporated into artificial intelligence (AI) models, datasets, or automated content generation systems for redistribution or commercial purposes.

Ashri Design.Si may use AI tools as part of its own creative workflow while retaining full responsibility for the final published products and content.

5. Copyright

All products, designs, graphics, text, templates, planners, artwork, and downloadable files are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it—it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

6. License Violations

Any unauthorized use of our products may result in the termination of this license and may lead to legal action where permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to update this License Agreement at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on this page.
